Our ‘2020 Vision’ themed Peak Campus Leadership Conference, was located at the Gaylord Texan in Dallas, TX this year and it was incredible! Check out this clip for a small glimpse into our infamous annual gathering.

The home office and our communities participate year-round in a variety of charitable efforts, including our national partnership with Ronald McDonald House Charities where we cook meals for families and help support their holiday toy drive. We also support the Susan G. Komen Foundation for breast cancer awareness, Toys for Tots, and Clean Out for a Cause in addition to supporting local schools through reading programs and school supply drives. Our communities participate in local community support programs that put them in the running for our annual Spirit of Service award.
Ultimately, we’d like to leave this world a little better than we found it.

Live Well program, which helps employees achieve their healthy
living goals, is indeed a success.
Our annual Biggest Loser and Move It to Win It programs bring our community teams and corporate support teams together for healthy competitions that promote healthy lifestyle habits while also fostering teamwork across the country.
On-site gym access and yoga classes for employees at our Atlanta headquarters, discounts at numerous gyms and specialty studios nationwide, as well as virtual workout options, are just a few of the resources the program provides.
Your onboarding experience begins before your first day and we strive to make a good impression on you from day one. We know the opportunity for development not only enhances a person’s confidence in their role but also their sense of worth within an organization. I've been a Leasing Manager with Peak for 2 years now. Before that I was with Peak for about 2 years before my property sold. Needless to say, I came back home. Working for Peak has hands down been one of the best work experiences I could ever ask for. I've always had support in my role whether it be for sales, leasing or marketing, someone has always been there.
