As CEO, Bob is responsible for the vision, strategy and execution of all the PeakMade companies. He is the current Chair of the NMHC Student Housing Council and also Chair of ULI Student Housing Council. Bob is passionate about golf and University of Georgia football. He married his high school sweetheart, Tracey. Bob has been with the Company for 17 years.

As President of Peak Development, Jeff oversees all aspects of new developments. He is a member of NMHC and ULI. A graduate of Georgia Tech, Jeff remains a loyal supporter of his alma mater. Jeff and his wife, Amy, are very involved in children’s education and safety initiatives throughout metro Atlanta. He has been with the Company for 14 years.

As COO, Casey is responsible for all aspects of the operating platform, including marketing, leasing, training, property management operations, and support functions. He is also responsible for our client services team. He is an active member of the NMHC Student Housing Committee and is the NMHC Emerging Leaders Student Housing Liaison. Casey, along with his wife and two young children, are die-hard Green Bay Packers fans (aka cheese heads) and shareholders. He has been with the Company for 13 years.

As the CFO, Wendy is responsible for managing all aspects of the company's finances to include tracking cash flows, financial planning, managing financial risks and reporting. She is a member of the National Association of Black Accountants and serves her community as the Lead Teen Advisor for Buckhead Atlanta Chapter of Jack and Jill of America, Inc. Wendy has been with the Company for 13 years.

Jennifer is focused on our ‘people experience’ and creating a space where our people and companies continue to evolve. She also oversees legal and risk for the companies. Jennifer is on the Education Advisory Board for NAA and sits on the NMHC OPTECH Planning Committee. She is a frequent panelist at industry conferences and volunteers with several nonprofits in Atlanta. Jennifer loves being outdoors and active with her family and puppy. She is always looking forward to their next travel adventure. Jennifer has been with the Company for 13 years.

As SVP, Sandra is responsible for Sales, Marketing and Training with a team of over 30 talented and passionate individuals who support our on-site teams to ensure maximum performance. She has over 30 years of management experience in both student and multifamily and is a member of the Grace Hill Leadership Council. Sandra loves college sports and is a diehard University of Alabama fan. She has been with the Company for 14 years.

As SVP, Mandy is responsible for property Operations and support. She has over 20 years of student housing experience and has been with the Company for 11 years. Mandy and her husband live on a 40-acre farm in East Tennessee with four kids ranging in age from 8-15. Her happy place is her swimming pool with a breathtaking view of the mountains.

Tami brings over 25 years of student housing experience and is responsible for operational oversight of over 20 properties while also supporting four regional managers. She earned her CPM designation through IREM. She is the mom to three GenZ kids who keep her very in touch with current trends and pop culture...that’s three guaranteed future leases for Peak! Tami has been with the Company for 3 years.

As VP of Development with 25 years of student and multifamily construction and development experience, Robert plays a critical role delivering new developments into our portfolio. He received his MBA from Georgia Tech’s Scheller College of Business and is an Advisory Member of the Georgia Tech School of Building Construction. In his spare time, Robert enjoys working on his 1979 Mercedes G that he built from the ground up. Robert has been with the Company for three years.

As RVP, Steven is responsible for overseeing overall property operations and client relations of a portfolio of properties, while supporting four Regional Managers. He brings over 22 years of student housing experience spanning from the East Coast to the West Coast. Steven is an avid sports fan and spends his weekends coaching his two sons or searching for his golf balls on the golf course. Steven has been with Peak over 7 years.

A 20 year student housing veteran, Kelly focuses her time on supporting six regional managers and 25+ properties while managing the daily operations and investing time in client relations. She is a native of Nebraska and loves the Huskers but opted for sunny Arizona where she resides while enjoying her pool when she is not visiting her teams. Kelly has been with the Company for 9 years.

Mike is an accomplished real estate executive with over 20 years of diverse development experience on varying real estate asset product types, including for-sale and rental multi-family, and student housing. He possesses an extensive knowledge of all phases of real estate development from sourcing opportunities to development oversight. Mike is also an avid aviation aficionado and is most happy in both Cubs and Dodger blue. Mike has been with the Company for four years.

As RVP, Laurie oversees a portfolio of over 20 properties and four regional managers. Her favorite Peak mindset is People Matter Most. She is passionate about leasing and marketing and is her portfolio’s biggest cheerleader! Laurie has her North Carolina Broker’s license and has over 25 years of student housing experience. She is an avid gardener and loves to bike and swim in her spare time. Laurie has been with the Company for 12 years.

Mark oversees all aspects of Client Services, assisting current and future partners with Consulting, New Development Planning, and property sales and transitions. He is an avid sports fan -- mostly the Cardinals and Notre Dame Fighting Irish, but his passion is anything that has to do with health and fitness. Mark has been with the Company for 7 years.
