Throughout its experience in working on over 60 new developments and transitioning over 120 new projects into its portfolio, Peak Campus has identified and solved for a differentiated process and dedicated team, which focuses resources solely on the specialized needs of both existing assets going through a management transition and new developments delivering the following fall semester. The New Development, Transition, and Consulting Team allows Peak to provide a superior level of service and support to projects of all types and in all lifecycle stages that are integrating into the portfolio.

Led by Mark Winkelmann, Peak Campus’ Director of Portfolio Integration, the New Development, Transition, and Consulting  Team is responsible for integrating stabilized assets onto Peak’s operating platform, overseeing the successful design and lease up of new developments, and providing consulting services for development projects and consulting clients. The team is strategically divided into groups designed to align specialization with project types, and allows for a full-cycle service and accountability for new projects entering the portfolio. This team of operations specialists further centralizes consulting services in order to provide experienced-based market and project specific insight to clients. The ability for ownership to have a single point of contact for all of their needs, from initial conception, to design, to stabilization, enhances efficiency and allows Peak to excel in what it believes each client deserves – an extraordinary customer experience.
