ATLANTA, GA (September 11, 2017) – Peak Campus, one of the nation’s leading student housing operators and developers, announced today that Tami Finan has been hired as Regional Vice President.  The addition of another Regional Vice President is a testament to Peak’s continued growth and active pipeline.

In her new role, Tami will oversee a team of five regional managers and will be directly responsible for all aspects of leasing, marketing, human resources, operational and financial performance for a portfolio of over 25 student housing assets and over 15,000 beds located in the Southeast and Midwest.  

Tami has been active in student housing management for over 20 years, and in that time has held many positions both on-site and in corporate management roles.  Prior to joining the Company, she held Regional Manager and Regional Vice President positions with Ambling Student Housing.  Mostly recently, Tami served as Regional Vice President at RISE Real Estate.  Tami is a CPM through IREM and earned and maintains her CAM designation through the National Apartment Association.  She earned her BS from Ohio University.
