Peak Campus Management Selected to Manage University Station Apartments

Atlanta, Georgia – Peak Campus Management announced today that it has been selected as property manager for University Station in Cincinnati, Ohio. University Station is a $54 million, 315,000-square-foot mixed-use development designed to be a vibrant connection point for neighboring residents, Xavier University students and employees and the broader community.
The first phase of the development, currently under construction, is anchored by a 225,000-square-foot, 479-bed, 179-unit apartment complex that will serve Xavier students and the local community. The apartment complex features a mix of 1-, 2-, 3-, 4-, and 5-bedroom units with bed-to-bath parity, complete with all major appliances including washers and dryers. University Station will be the first highly amenitized, purpose-built student housing project at Xavier, featuring a resort-style pool, game room, 24-hour state-of-the-art fitness center, sundeck and spa, 24-hour multi-station computer lab, outdoor basketball and volleyball courts, and a stadium seated theater. A ground floor retail component, featuring restaurants and a book store, as well as office, parking and green spaces, are also planned for University Station.
