Peak Campus Management Selected to Manage The Flats at West Village

Atlanta, GA – Peak Campus Management announced today that they have been awarded management for The Flats at West Village, Charlottesville’s newest purpose-built student housing asset under construction near “the corner” area at the prestigious University of Virginia (UVA).  This six-story, 622-bed asset will target UVA students and have a mix of 1-, 2-, 3-, and 4-bedroom units with bed-to-bath parity.  In addition to luxurious unit features such as 9’ ceilings and in-unit washer and dryers, numerous amenities will be included in the development, including a parking garage, state-of-the-art fitness center, large courtyard with an outdoor grilling and fire pit area, resort style pool with hot tub, extra storage space, a computer/lab room, and a tanning bed.
