Atlanta, Georgia – Peak Campus Management announced today that it has been retained as property manager for CastleRock at Fresno, formally Campus Park Fresno, in Fresno, California.  The asset is a 460-bed purpose-built student housing property that serves the students of Fresno State University.  Located less than two miles from the heart of campus, the project is a mix of 1-, 2-, 3-, and 4-bedroom furnished units that come complete with all appliances.  The project features a full array of amenities, including a resort-style pool and spa, game room with billiards, big screen TV and ping pong tables, state-of-the-art fitness center, stand up tanning dome, computer center, and a gas grill/BBQ area.  There are many planned improvements scheduled to take place over the coming months.
