Atlanta, Georgia – Peak Campus Management announced today that it was selected as property manager for Grand Campus at Yorick Place in Richmond, Kentucky.  Located directly across the street from the Eastern Kentucky University campus, the property is the first purpose-built student housing asset in the market and will feature 512-beds of four-bedroom/four-bathroom units.  Half of the property delivered in fall of 2013, with the remaining beds on schedule for delivery in fall 2014.

The gated property offers a full array of amenities including fully furnished apartments with bed-to-bath parity, a resort style pool, elevators, tanning, fitness center, study rooms, outdoor grills, bike racks, a computer lounge, and lounging spaces for residents to relax in.
