ATLANTA, GA (August 3, 2017) – Peak Campus, one of the nation’s leading student housing operators, recently announced a new benefit that rewards associates with 10-years of employment service with a luxury vacation package.

Peak Campus recognizes that its employees work tirelessly each day to assure its portfolio is realizing maximum real estate value for its 40+ clients.  As a “thank you” for their hard work, dedication and tenure, Peak Campus now offers an additional incentive to their world-class benefit package that encourages them to play hard as well.

After 10-years of consecutive employment, Peak associates are eligible for a luxury vacation to a destination of their choice.  Associates can book independently or through the Peak Travel Concierge Services for a stress-free vacation valued up to $4,000.00 at no cost to them.  In addition, associates are granted an extra five days of paid vacation time once they hit their 10-year anniversary.

Further, the company also announced it would retro-activate this new program to honor the associates that have already celebrated this milestone achievement in years past.  They too will be extended the full benefit of the program.

“Associates who achieve this milestone achievement deserve to be recognized in a way that allows them to celebrate years of hard work.  We could not be more excited to reward them in a big and luxurious way,” said Jennifer Hill, Chief People Officer and General Counsel at Peak Campus.  “We are thrilled to offer this unforgettable vacation experience to celebrate this very special anniversary.”
