Atlanta, GA - Peak Campus Management, one of the largest privately held operators of student housing in the United States, announced today that the Company has hired Allison Weber as Vice President of Marketing.

As Vice President of Marketing, Allison will provide platform-level, as well as asset-specific, direction of marketing and leasing strategies for the Company’s growing management portfolio.  She will also have responsibility for brand guardianship initiatives, interactive marketing programs, and oversight of media planning, advertising and corporate communications.  Allison will work closely with other support departments to drive world-class marketing performance and service across the platform.

Allison began her career in student housing as a community assistant in Knoxville, TN with Place Properties while attending the University of Tennessee.  More recently, she spent ten years at Bell Partners Inc.  During her time with Bell Partners Inc., Allison served in all on-site operations and regional marketing positions, ultimately overseeing all marketing facets related to acquisitions and dispositions for nearly $7 billion of transactions.  In her last role at Bell, she served as Director of Marketing for Bell, where she was responsible for the strategic development and execution of marketing initiatives for approximately 250 properties, including 70,000 conventional units across 15 states.
