PEAK CAMPUS DEVELOPMENT BREAKS GROUND ON THE SECOND PHASE OF THE PAVILION AT NORTH GROUNDS

Atlanta, GA – Peak Campus Development announced today that it has started construction on the second phase at the Pavilion at North Grounds (“The Pavilion”). Adjacent to the University of Virginia (“UVA”) campus in Charlottesville, Virginia, the second phase will add 70 units to the project and build upon the success of the initial phase which opened in August 2013. The initial phase’s 230 units are 100% occupied for the 2014-2015 school year.
