Atlanta, Georgia – Peak Campus, one of the nation’s leading student housing operators, has announced that it has been awarded and assumed property management of the Reserve, a 753-bed, purpose-built community serving the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA) in San Antonio, Texas, as well as Warehouse and Factory Apartments at Northgate a 265-bed community serving Texas A&M in College Station, Texas.

The Reserve is located within minutes of campus and in proximity to a thriving downtown location for nightlife. The 249-unit mix offers newly renovated two-, three-, and four-bedroom apartments with several different floor plan options.  Each apartment has a private bathroom, private patio, and walk-in closets.  The community is further equipped with top-line amenities, such as a renovated clubhouse with game rooms and a movie theater, resort-style pool with sundeck, hot tubs, outdoor fire pits and grilling stations, sand and water volleyball courts, and a basketball court.  A $2.7 million dollar renovation is planned for spring 2017.

Warehouse and Factory Apartments at Northgate is located within one mile of Texas A&M’s campus.  The 169-unit mix offers studio, one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom apartments with unique old-world, exterior architecture.  The mid-rise community offers fully-furnished homes rich with character from interior brick walls, stained concrete floors, granite countertops, up to 10 foot ceilings, exposed piping, and oversized windows.  Recently upgraded amenities include two pools with sun deck and grilling area, new fitness center, new game room and clubhouse, and an adjacent parking garage. A $1.4 million dollar renovation is planned for spring 2017.

“These projects are a perfect complement to our existing presence in San Antonio and College Station.  The fact that we were awarded management is a direct result of Peak’s proven ability to perform in these markets.  We look forward to bringing that same level of high execution at both The Reserve and Warehouse and Factory,” said Casey Petersen, Chief Operating Officer.
