Atlanta, Georgia – Peak Campus, one of the nation’s leading student housing operators, announced today that it was awarded and has assumed management of Valley Falls Apartments.  Valley Falls Apartments is a brand new, 288-bed, garden-style student community that will serve the students of the University of South Carolina Upstate and the surrounding colleges and universities. The project is scheduled to open in the summer of 2017. 

The beautiful lakeside community is located across from the main entrance of the USCU campus and offers fully-furnished four-bedroom/four-bath apartments. The 72-unit property offers an all-inclusive, luxury amenity package including private bedrooms and bathrooms, wood-style flooring, walk-in closets, cable and DVR, flat screen TVs, modern furniture and appliance packages, as well as a full-size washer/dryer in every home.  The new development provides student-friendly community amenities including a fitness center, sand volleyball court, game room, grilling area, fire pit with lounge seating, computer lab and clubhouse with wi-fi, resort-style swimming pool with sun deck, and lake access.
