ATLANTA, GA (January 25th , 2019) – Peak Campus, one of the nation’s leading student housing operators and developers, announced today it was awarded management of two new development projects totaling 752 beds in both Bowling Green, Kentucky and Omaha, Nebraska. Muse – Bowling Green, a 218-unit, 381-bed community will serve the students at Western Kentucky University, and Muse – Omaha, a 247-unit, 371-bed project will serve the Creighton University community. Both Muse – Bowling Green and Omaha are developed by The Vecino Group in Springfield, MO and will deliver in August 2019 for the 19-20 academic year.

Muse – Bowling Green will offer students modern farmhouse-style floorplans with the choice of one or two-bedroom flat apartments or the option of a multi-story, four-bedroom cottage unit. Intelligently designed with unique finishes made to stand out, floorplans feature oversized windows, elevated 9 ft. ceilings, walk-in closets, and come fully furnished with a modern furniture package that includes a 50” flat screen smart TV. The extensive amenity package, as well, is designed to stand alone and will include a saltwater pool, multiple indoor-outdoor study spaces, ample outdoor courtyards with fire pits and grill stations, as well as a hammock hotel.

In Omaha, Muse offers students the choice of studio, one, two, or four-bedroom apartments with a corresponding bed-to-bath parity. These units come fully furnished with an extensive furniture package to include a 50” smart TV, an in-unit washer-dryer, and stainless-steel kitchen appliances and other high-end finishes such as quartz countertops. Students will have access to a myriad of amenities at Muse – Omaha, including an on-site coffee shop to fuel study sessions in the multiple individual and group study spaces, in addition to a dedicated computer lounge with printing stations and conference capabilities. Other amenities include a 24-hour fitness center and several outdoor courtyards where students can play bocce ball or try relax by the firepit.
