PEAK CAMPUS AWARDED MANAGEMENT OF GREYHOUND VILLAGE AND UNIVERSITY LOFTS

ATLANTA, GA (June 18, 2018) – Peak Campus, one of the nation’s leading student housing companies providing property management, consulting, and development services for both on- and off-campus communities, has been awarded management of both Greyhound Village and University Lofts in Indianapolis, Indiana serving the students of the University of Indianapolis. Greyhound Village and University Lofts were both developed and are owned by a joint venture between Indianapolis-headquartered Strategic Capital Partners, LLC and the University of Indianapolis. Peak Campus will work closely with ownership throughout its management assignment. These communities mark Peak’s introduction into the Indianapolis market and expand Peak’s on-campus management experience by adding an additional 780 beds to its portfolio.
Built in 2016, Greyhound Village is comprised of 196 units and 480 beds and is located on the northwest corner of campus adjacent to the Krannert Memorial Library. The community offers students spacious one, two, three, and four-bedroom apartments with a corresponding bed-to-bath parity and come fully furnished with a luxury furniture and appliance package, including in-unit washers and dryers and private balconies and patios. Students have access to an array of amenities including a fully appointed fitness center, clubhouse and lounge areas with game equipment, and private study rooms for personal study and group use. University Lofts is currently under construction and will deliver in January 2019. This 118-unit, 300-bed community will include one, two, and four-bedroom apartments and provide undergraduate and graduate students with state-of-the-art facilities directly adjacent to campus.
