The Fields of Bluegrass is owned by Academy West Investmentsl.

The Fields of Bluegrass will undergo amenity and unit enhancements this year. The student housing complex offers residents the choice of spacious two-, three- or four-bedroom apartments, all with a corresponding bed to bath parity, affording residents increased privacy. Each apartment features an open-concept floorplan with an expansive kitchen and living room area which are equipped with high-end finishes and in-unit washers and dryers. The community includes ample amenity spaces, ensuring students have everything they need right outside their front door in order to make the most of their college experience.
