University Villa at Ironwood is the only asset managed by Peak Campus in the Tucson market and re-establishes Peak’s presence at the University of Arizona and surrounding area schools.

University Villa at Ironwood offers students the choice between two, three, and four-bedroom apartments, all with a corresponding bed-to-bath parity, and an additional four bed, two bath floorplan option.
