The Timbers marks a new relationship with The Jacobson Company, a Los Angeles based private real estate investment firm committed to continuing its rapid nationwide growth and expanding partnerships with the best in class resources to drive value for its student housing portfolio. The Timbers is the third property managed by Peak Campus in and expands Peak’s management presence to nearly 2,000 beds at Texas State University.

The Timbers is conveniently located within walking distance to Texas State University, and tenants have their choice of studio, one, two, or three-bedroom apartments which feature vaulted ceilings, wood burning fire places, and private balconies. Each unit is outfitted with stainless steel appliances, an in-unit washer and dryer, and the bedrooms boast a walk in-closet. The newly remodeled clubhouse is home to a 24-hour fitness center, and the ample greenspace at the community offers a host of other amenities for students to use.
