PEAK CAMPUS AWARDED MANAGEMENT OF 1,000 BEDS, EXPANDING ALABAMA AND OKLAHOMA PRESENCE

ATLANTA, GA (February 5, 2017) – Peak Campus, one of the nation’s leading student housing managers and developers, announced today that it was awarded management of two new projects, Riverfront Village in Tuscaloosa, AL and Progress405 in Stillwater, OK. 

Progress405 is a 544-bed/180-unit, garden-style community that serves the Oklahoma State University.  The pet-friendly property is located within a vibrant area near OSU. The project consists of one-, two- and four-bedroom homes, all with individual bathrooms for each bedroom.  All floor plans are fully furnished and have high speed internet, private balconies/patios, wood-style plank flooring, full-size washers and dryers, and spacious walk-in closets. This property is also located right next to the 91-Key Indigo Hotel Tuscaloosa and the Shops at Riverfront Village.  The project consists of one-, two- and three- bedroom homes, all with individual bathrooms for each bedroom.  All floor plans are fully furnished and have gourmet kitchens with granite countertops, high speed internet, washers and dryers in every unit, keyed bedroom entry, and stunning river or pool views.  The property includes a well-appointed amenity package, including a state-of-the-art fitness center, resort-style pool with an outdoor lounge, poolside gas grills, computer lab with free printing, a SkyClub lounger featuring an indoor and outdoor patio and controlled access parking.
