Atlanta, GA – Peak Campus Management is pleased to announce that as of November 2014 it has been selected as property manager for The Rockland, formally Campus Court at Naismith, in Lawrence, Kansas.  The 647-bed pet-friendly project, located less than a mile from campus, was built in two phases, in 1986 and 2006 when it was converted to student housing.  The Rockland serves the students of University of Kansas.

With a $3.5 million dollar property improvement plan, The Rockland is poised to be a high-quality housing option in Lawrence at an affordable price point.  The one and two-bedroom units are receiving new counter tops, plank flooring in select units, and will now offer furnished options.  Upgrades to common area amenities include an expanded two-story fitness center, larger swimming pool, new fire pit area/grilling area, larger dog park, new security gates, paved driveways, new LED lighting throughout and a new tanning room.  Additional amenities available to the residents include a dedicated shuttle bus to and from campus, an indoor and outdoor basketball court, a computer lab and study rooms.
