ATLANTA, GA (March 29, 2018) – Peak Campus, one of the nation’s leading student housing operators and developers, announced today that Waypoint Residential has awarded Peak with the management of The Lofts at College Hill, a 194-bed, 146-unit student housing community serving the students of Mercer University located in Macon, Georgia. The Lofts at College Hill is the first asset within the Peak portfolio to serve Mercer University and expands Peak Campus’ presence within the various student housing markets throughout the state of Georgia.

The Lofts at College Hill opened in 2015 and offers Mercer University students the option of one and two bedroom loft apartments in the historic College Hill Corridor district. Each of the loft floorplans feature designer kitchens with a luxury appliance and finish package therein and come fully furnished with a full-sized washer and dryer in each apartment. Residents enjoy the extensive amenity package offered at The Lofts, which includes a roof-top terrace with views of downtown Macon, a patio area with outdoor fire pits and grill stations, a fitness center and dedicated yoga room, billiards bar and multiple appointed study suites.
