Atlanta, Georgia – Peak Campus, one of the nation’s leading student housing operators, announced two strategic staffing moves, including the promotion of Ashly Poyer to Director of Sales and the promotion of Courtney Brooks to Director of Talent Management.

Peak continues to focus on above-market property performance through the world-class platform support, including new levels of strategic oversight for leasing and sales, as well as recruiting and retaining the best talent.

Ashly Poyer was promoted to Director of Sales and Leasing in late 2016.  Ashly will interface closely with the Company’s operating group and Vice President of Marketing, reporting to the Vice President of Training and Sales.  She will establish and direct short and long-term sales and leasing strategies that drive performance across the portfolio.  Ashly began her career at Peak Campus seven years ago, and has served in multiple on-site leasing and sales roles throughout the country, created and held the first Regional Marketing Specialist role at the Company, and most recently served as Peak’s Senior Regional Marketing and Leasing Specialist.

Courtney Brooks was promoted to Director of Talent Management in February 2017.  In her new role, Courtney will focus on strategic hiring and talent management programs to ensure Peak’s talent platform aligns with the company’s growth.  Courtney began her career with Place Properties and has served in various recruitment roles at both corporate and agency levels.  Her most recent role with the company was serving the last four years as Peak’s Talent Manager.

“These additional layers of leadership into both the Human Resources and Sales Departments demonstrate Peak’s commitment to excellence and an industry-leading platform,” said Bob Clark, CEO of Peak Campus.  “I am so proud of the accomplishments of both Ashly and Courtney and look forward to their continued growth and success at Peak.”
