Jun 18, 2013

Atlanta, GA – Today, Peak Campus announced a new management contract for the Lindell Strip, serving the students of St. Louis University (SLU) in Missouri.   The Lindell Strip, a portfolio comprised of Coronado Place, Moolah Place, and the Lindell Towers, are historically unique student housing buildings totaling 406 units and 655 beds located directly adjacent the street from the SLU campus.  The community also represents a milestone for Peak Campus, as they welcome the 50th student housing asset to their management portfolio.

The Lindell Strip offers a variety of floor plans including studios, one-bedroom, two-bedrooms, and three-bedrooms with private and semi-private bathroom configurations. Each building offers different amenities such as a full service theater, a bowling alley, a rooftop swimming pool, a club room with pool tables and gaming stations, plus several fitness centers.

Bob Clark, President of Peak Campus, said, “We’re pleased to add these eclectic class-A student apartments to our management portfolio.  This assignment represents repeat business with a highly valued client and we look forward to driving value to the portfolio through focused management on our proprietary student housing platform.”
