Casey Peterson Promoted to National Director of Business Development for Peak Campus Management

Atlanta, GA – Today, Peak Campus Management announced the promotion of Casey Petersen as its new National Director of Business Development.  In his new role, he will oversee sourcing and development of new relationships with universities, investors, and developers to provide student housing management and consulting services for the Company.

In addition to his promotion, Casey has just been recognized as one of Student Housing Business Magazine’s Top 30 Under 30 leaders in the student housing industry.

Casey has over seven years of experience in student housing, most recently serving as a regional manager for the company, responsible for oversight of all aspects of management, leasing, marketing, operations, financial reporting and quality control for a multi-state portfolio of student housing assets. Prior to his role as regional manager, Casey helped spearhead and develop the internal National Elite Training Specialists (NETS) program for Peak Campus’ predecessor.  Early in his career, Casey worked in various roles for the Student Housing division for GMH Communities Trust.
