Atlanta, Georgia – Peak Campus, one of the nation’s leading student housing operators, announced today that it was awarded and assumed management for Clover Ridge and Clover Village, two student housing communities totaling 549-beds in South Bend, Indiana. Both properties were acquired by affiliates of Glenmont Capital Management, LLC, a New York-based real estate investment firm, which plans to implement an extensive renovation that includes both interior unit improvements and exterior and common area improvements totaling over $4.1 million.

PEAK CAMPUS AND AVISON YOUNG KICK OFF VUE53 DEVELOPMENT

Atlanta, Georgia – Peak Campus and Avison Young announced that Target Corp. is the first tenant to execute a lease in the Vue53 mixed-use development. Vue53 is located at 1330 East 53rd Street, a growing area near the University of Chicago. The Hyde Park Target store is approximately 21,000 square feet and is projected to open late fall 2016 or early spring 2017.

PEAK CAMPUS WELCOMES THREE PROPERTIES TO ITS PORTFOLIO

Atlanta, Georgia – Peak Campus has announced today that they were awarded and assumed management for three student housing assets totaling over 1,300 beds.  Student Quarters, the student housing division of St. Clair Holdings, acquired The Park, Fulton Place and Heights at 1301.  In accordance with the Student Quarters rebranding strategy, The Park and Fulton Place together have been renamed Student Quarters Greensboro and will be marketed as a collection with shared amenities.  Heights at 1301 has been renamed Student Quarters Johnson City.
