Acquisition Criteria
Peak Campus Companies has underwritten more than 200 assets, comprising more than $5 billion in property value. As a result, our underwriting process is highly efficient and effective. In order to complete a preliminary valuation, the following information is required:
- Brief property description
- Property pictures, site map, location map
- Trailing 12 month detailed income statement
- Current rent roll (pre-leasing rent roll as well, depending on time of the year)
- Most recent property tax statement/notice of assessment
