TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
Peak is firmly committed to providing world-class training and development opportunities to our employees, including highly effective sales training for our leasing professionals, onboarding curriculum to help new employees develop their "CORE" competencies in their new positions, and a “FastTrack” program that prepares high performers for a promotion.
Peak works with a certified master Business Coach who typically works with corporate executives. The Business Coach provides executive coaching to our Property Managers, Regional Managers, and executive team through one-on-one coaching and customized leadership mastery programs. The skills that participants learn will empower them for the rest of their career.
MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
The Management Development Program (MDP) is a dynamic program created for ambitious individuals who are passionate, results-oriented and committed to developing a long term career in our fast paced student housing company. The goal of MDP is for Associates to develop the skills to manage a multi-million dollar asset with 12 months. Associates in this program are exposed to various markets and onsite challenges. Individuals must be committed to solving problems and enhancing their leadership skills all while completing the curriculum that corresponds to the program.
The summer internship program provides valuable opportunities for student employees who are looking to further their career in property management. As a Peak intern you have the opportunity to interface with department heads and gain experience with different management professionals at assets across our portfolio.
