PEAK CAMPUS DEVELOPMENT OPENS THE LODGES AT WEST EDGE AND CONTINUES CONSTRUCTION ON A SECOND PHASE

ATLANTA, GA - Peak Campus Development announced today that it has opened the initial phase of The Lodges at West Edge (“The Lodges”) at 100% occupancy and is under construction on a second phase of the project to open in 2015.  The Lodges is a townhome and cottage community that is adjacent to the University of New Hampshire (“UNH”) in Durham, New Hampshire.  The project is interconnected to the UNH campus via a paved pedestrian/bicycle path and is also served by the UNH transit system.
